The Fujii Electric's "RSQ-RPD-15/30" is a system that allows you to lift a victim with approximately one-third of the force by combining a lifting pulley and a movable pulley. The built-in inertia locking brake system in the lifting pulley stops the descent when control is lost during a rescue, preventing a fall.
